After overcoming Covid shutdowns and extended weather delays, we have finally wrapped up our Waverton project and are thrilled with the transformation of this 50 year old landmark building.

 

Landlay has been involved with the project since the original inspection phase, design process and project supervision, involving the replacement of over 500 windows, balustrade enhancement, rooftop re-waterproofing, facade repairs and painting.
