The Landlay team were called out for an emergency inspection in Kirribilli after it was significant bulging was discovered to the upper level of the masonry brickwork façade.
 
Given the extent of structural instability, we organised an urgent make safe works and proceeded with preparing a remedial scope of repair. Our team are now project managing the remedial works which includes:
 
• Temporary façade bracing
• Reconstruction of the affected section of the façade
• Installation of shelf angles
• Replacement of the cavity wall ties
