This Newtown project involves façade repair and maintenance on the very busy King Street frontage. Given the high traffic area, the job required the erection of hoarding with full scaffold coverage which has allowed us to maintain safe public use of the Council pathway. Safety will always remain a top priority throughout the works and dismantling of the access equipment.

The works include balcony re-waterproofing including the upgrade of the existing balustrade, extensive brickwork repairs, jointing, cavity flashings, concrete spalling repairs, Roofing works, drainage upgrades, re-waterproofing of bathrooms, skylight replacement, internal repairs, awning works.
