Our completed project in Leichhardt involved the remediation of ongoing water leaks into the basement car park. The leaks were a result of defective waterproofing and drainage to the paved walkway above. The waterproofing membrane was replaced and upgrading the drainage provisions. The entry area was then restored by re-paving, painting, and make good works.
